AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF COSTA f'lESA, CALIFORNIA,
CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF
LOTS 3 AND 4 OF TRACT NO. 9, FROM
R1 TO PDR -LD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOG7S:
SECTION 1. iiiere is hereby placed and included in the PDR -LD zone, all that
real property located at 250 West Wilson Street to wit:
The southerly 300.00 feet of the easterly 150.00 feet of Lot 3 and the southerly
300.00 feet of the westerly 30.00 feet of Lot 4, in Tract No. 9, as per map recorded
in Book 9, Page 9 of Miscellaneous Map records of Orange County, California.
1978-1979 Assessor Parcel Number 419-084-08.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-79 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Costa Hesa, District Map C4 of the City of Costa Mesa, copy
of which is on file in the office of the Planning Division, is hereby amended by
the addition thereto of the PDR -LD area described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30)
days from and after the passage thereof, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15)
days from its passage shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa or,
in the alternative, the City Clerk may cause to be published a summary of this Ordi-
nance and a certified copy of the text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the
office of the City Clerk five (5) days prior to the date of adoption of this Ordi-
nance and within fifteen (15) days after adoption, the City Clerk shall cause to be
published, the aforementioned summary and shall post in the office of the City Clerk
a certified copy of this Ordinance together with the names of the members of the
City Council voting for and against the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1981.
