Dear Mr. Hanhart: In regard to our telephone conversation on Friday, September 3, 1976, I am writing you this letter to outline our intention with regard to gas line modification and kiln installation. The gas line modifications have been made with the outlets brought to within a few feet of where the appliances are to be positioned. The appliances are two kilns and a space heater. Installation of all equipment should be complete by the end of September. Since the gas meter must be replaced with a larger one, and we need gas to operate our existing equipment, it is urgent that we have our gas line modification approved so that we do not have to shut down. The gas company is planning to install the meterrby September 16th, if the City approves the gas line modification. • Permit numbers 69930,7WAO. A.9144 have been issued for this work.
