In accordance with my conversation at the CitySlin
the following items were agreed upon between ourselves
and the Building and Safety Department.
(1) All slabs will be poured monolithic.
(2) Concrete will be 2,500 pound minimum, 28 days.
(3) There will be no isolated piers, with the exception
of the front porch post. All interior piers will
be tied to the perimeter foundation.
(4) There will be no heavy loads placed on a new slab
for at least five days after pouring.
(5) We will have continuous supervision by either the
job superintendent or his assistant during all
slab pours.
