J f AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ESTABLISHING BUILDING SETBACK LINES ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF ADAMS AVENUE FROM HARBOR BOULEVARD WESTERLY TD THE EASTERLY LIM OF TRACT NO. 4008. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The following building setback lines are hereby established for Adams Avenue between Harbor Boulevard and the easterly boundary of Tract No. 4008: Seventy feet (70') from the centerline on the northerly side of said portion of said existing Adams Avenue. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9298.7 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-9 is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the building setback lines established by Section 1 of this Ordinance. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days Stas the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COASTDAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
