Easter Seal Upon motion by Councilman.Pinkley, seconded by Councilman Campaign Meyers, and carried, permit was granted to Orange County Society for Crippled Children and Adults, Inc., 12612 South Tustin Avenue, to sell paper lapel lilies on April 8th and 9th as a part of the 1960 Easter Seal Campaign. Conference Mr. Swartz presented a request -from the County Clerk, L. B. Room - County Wallace, for use of the City Hall Conference Room on June Election 7 and November 8, to be used as a receiving station for Returns County election returns on that date. It was moved by Councilman B. Smith, seconded by Councilman Meyers, and carried,'that the approval be granted. RESOLUTION 682 Upon motion by Councilman B. Smith, seconded by Councilman Consolidation of PinkleY, Resolution No. 682, being A RESOLUTION OF THE _ Municipal -High CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AUTHORIZING A School District LIMITED CONSOLIDATION OF.A NEWPORT HARBOR UNION HIGH SCHOOL Election DISTRICT ELECTION WITH THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION'ON APRIL 12, 1960, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR -AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT, was adopted by the following roll call vote: AYES: .Councilmen: B.
