Smith NOES: Councilmen: None ABSENT: Councilmen: None ORDINANCE 281 Upon motion by Councilman Pinkley, seconded by Councilman 2nd reading Rea, and carried, second reading was given to Ordinance No. Rezone No. 92 284, being AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING Init. by Planning SECTION 3.2 OF ARTICLE III OF ORDINANCE.NO. 32 OF SAID CITY, Commission CHANGING THE ZONING OF TRACT NO. 3470 FROM Ml TO Rl. Upon motion by Councilman B. Smith, seconded by Councilman Pinkley, Ordinance No, 284 was adopted by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmen: B. Smith, Rea, Pinkley, Meyers, J. Smith NOES:. Councilmen: None ABSENT: Councilmen: None RESOLUTION 681 The Clerk presented the proposed Harbor No. 1 Annexation, Harbor No. 1 together with the recommendation of the Boundary Commission Annexation on the definiteness and certainty of the boundaries. There- upon, it was moved by Councilman Pinkley, seconded by Councilman B. Smith,. that Resolution No. 681, being A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA OF INTENTION TO ANNEX A CERTAIN UNINHABITED AREA DESIGNATED AS "HARBOR NO. 1 ANNEXATION," AND GIVING NOTICE THEREOF be adopted. Welborn, Welborn House trailer Used Cars, 1927 Harbor Boulevard, fort::use of a house trailer for office as an office at 2100 Newport Boulevard, a second lot. Upon motion by Councilman B. Smith, seconded by Councilman Pinkley, and carried, the letter was referred to the City Attorney for a decision. Easter Seal Upon motion by Councilman.Pinkley, seconded by Councilman Campaign Meyers, and carried, permit was granted to Orange County Society for Crippled Children and Adults, Inc., 12612 South Tustin Avenue, to sell paper lapel lilies on April 8th and 9th as a part of the 1960 Easter Seal Campaign. Conference Mr. Swartz presented a request -from the County Clerk, L. B. Room - County Wallace, for use of the City Hall Conference Room on June Election 7 and November 8, to be used as a receiving station for Returns County election returns on that date. It was moved by Councilman B. Smith, seconded by Councilman Meyers, and carried,'that the approval be granted. RESOLUTION 682 Upon motion by Councilman B. Smith, seconded by Councilman Consolidation of PinkleY, Resolution No. 682, being A RESOLUTION OF THE _ Municipal -High CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AUTHORIZING A School District LIMITED CONSOLIDATION OF.A NEWPORT HARBOR UNION HIGH SCHOOL Election DISTRICT ELECTION WITH THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION'ON APRIL 12, 1960, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR -AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT, was adopted by the following roll call vote: AYES: .Councilmen: B.
