discussion, Councilman Wilson suggested that this
matter .be delayed two'weeks .to allow time for viewing

ZE-73-85 The Director of:..Planning presented an application for
Cunha Zone Exception ZE-73-85, Daniel F. Cunha, 116 Industrial
Way,'Costa Mesa, --for permission to operate an open
recreational.vehicle parking lot, including boats on
trailers in an Ml zone, located at 117 Industrial Way.
The-Planning..Commission recommended approval subject
to.cohditions as''amended.'-'A.letter from the City of
Newport Beach was received stating no objection to the
proposed open..recr.eational.vehicle parking lot,but
suggesting that the open. -parking lot be enclosed-by"a
solid masonry wall or -fence at -least six feet in height.
The applicant was present' and..a'greed to all the .condi-
-tions but asked for a modification'on Condition 2; to
allow a chain link fence instead of a block wall or
wood fence. After discussion, on motion by Councilman
Pinkley, seconded by Councilman. Wilson, and carried,
