reaidence and was not able to approve it at this time. According to
the Ordinance, the gate should be self-locking. This means that the
gate should swing free �rithout Porce, close and lock. It appears
that the gate�aseeds to be planed and eome springs added.
We will be happy to a�ain inspect the gate when it is brought
within our standards.
