and the City Council CLOSED Session
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Closed Session Joint Meeting of the Costa Mesa
Redevelopment Agency and the City Council will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12,
2011, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa.
The purpose of the Joint Redevelopment Agency/City Council meeting is to discuss the
following items:
CLOSED SESSION
1. Harper’s Pointe Update
Recommendation: That the City Council and Agency Board direct staff as to the real
Property negotiations for the Harper’s Pointe Senior Apartments Projects
New Business: Recommendations
1. Legislative RDA Update Receive and File
2. Capital Improvement Projects Receive and File attached report.
However, provide suggestions to
staff regarding allocation of
available resources for Fiscal
Year 2011-2012 Capital
Improvement Projects should the
City “opt-in” to the State’s
voluntary payment program and
reactivate the Agency.
3. Statement of Investment Policy Adopt Resolution approving
Statement of Investment Policy
for Fiscal Year 2011-2012 and to
designate the Finance Director as
Agency Treasurer.
