an informational meeting and the City Council can take no action. Members of the
community are encouraged to attend. Please note that there will be a Special
.Joint Meeting of the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency to begin
immediately following the Study Session.

Each member of the public that wishes to provide comment at
the Study Session will be allowed two (2) minutes to speak. The
maximum overall time allowed for public comment will be fifteen (15)
