The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the CS -CP Zone, to wit: That portion of Section 36, Township 5 South, Range SO West, in the land allotted to James McFadden, in Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book "B" of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of Los Angeles County, in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Bristol Street with the center line of Sunflower Avenue, as shown on a map of Tract No. 3885 filed inBook 144, pages 46 and 47; thence along said center line of Sunflower Avenue South 890 56' 50" East 567.70 feet to the northwest comer of that parcel of land conveyed to the Orange County Flood Control District in a Deed recorded May 25, 1960 in Book 5259, page 500 of Official Records of Orange County; thence along the westerly line of said parcel of land the following coarses: South 00 26' 50" East 1313692 feet; thence South 00 07' 50" West 878.02 feet; thence South 14 09' 59" West 20.62 feet; thence South 000 07' 50" West 38.91 feet to a point which is North 000 07' 50" East 410.50 feet from the southwest comer of said parcel of land and from the township line between Township 5 South and Township 6 South; thence leaving the westerly line of said parcel of land, North 890 52' SO" West 37.25 feet; thence North 560 31' 23" West 83.20 feet; thence North 360 24' 22" West 200.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 280.00 feet; thence northwesterly 257.45 feet along said curve through g central angle of 520 40' 51'; thence tangent to said curve North 89 05' 13" Wegt 55.32 feet; thence North 030 30' 47" West 518.32 feet', thence North 89 05. 13" West 60.00 feet to a point in the center line of said Bristol Street, said point being North 000 54' 47" East 1246.75 feet from said township line; thence along said center line of Bristol Street North 060 54' 47" East 1411.61 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map E-9 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the CS -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
