Home My WebLink About66-52 Zoning Section 35,Township 5 SouthORDINANCE NO. 66-52 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, FROM CS -S TO CS -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the CS -CP Zone, to wit: That portion of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the land allotted to James McFadden, in Decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book "B" of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of Los Angeles County, in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point which is accepted as being the intersection of the center line of Bear Street with the center line of Sunflower Avenue; thence South 890 56, 02" East, along the center line of Sunflower Avenue, to a point on said center line, distant 1350.00 feet, measured at right angles and west of the center line of Bristol Street, 80.00 feet wide, as described in Deed recorded in Book 2290, page 510, Official Records, records of Orange County; thence south, along a line parallel to said centgr line of Bristol Street, a distance of 2326.05 feet; thence South 89 10' 47" West, a distance of 543.77 feet; thence North 050 22' 05" West, a distance of 756.25 feet to a line parallel with and distant easterly 40.00 feet, measured at right angles from the center line of Bear Street; thence North 000 OS' 58" West, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence South 890 58' 02" West, a distance of 40.00 feet, to the intersection with the center line of Bear Street; thence North 000 01' 58" West, along the center line of Bear Street, a distance of 1481.44 feet to the point of beginning in this description. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map D-9 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the CS -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in fall force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PRAT, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the sama.
