office, the following list is being submitted indicating
our intentions:
Lot No. 10 to be converted for Sales purposes
only into a Decor Room. This will consist of
additional drywall and electrical, easily re-
moved to convert back to a garage.
Lot 11 garage to be converted to a Recreation
Room for Sales purposes only. Temporary dry-
wa11 walls will be removed to convert back to
a garage.
It is our understanding that this is our responsibility
and that this work will be performed prior to the sale
or transfer of the homes.
