Z r- 31 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT A OF THE BANNING TRACT FROM C1 -S AND C1 -CP TO R3 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R3 -CP Zone, to wit: That portion of Lot A of the Banning Tract, in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map filed in Action 6385, in the Superior Court of California, in and for the County of Orange, being an action for partition entitled "Hancock Banning and Others vs. Mary H. Banning," described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the northerly line of Fairview Farms, as shown on a map recorded in Book 8, pages 71 and 72 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, with the center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence North 89° 59' 171" East 1147.24 feet along said northerly line to the southwest corner of Tract No. 27501 as per map recorded in Book 91, pages 1 through 5, inclusive, of Mis- cellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence along the boundary linoe of said Tract No. 2750, North 0° 00' 43" West 237.00 feet; thence North 28 21' 48" West 394.84 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly and having a radius of 580.00 feet; thence northerly 94.94 feet along said curve through a central angle of 9° 22' 45" to the true point of beginning; thence South 89 59" 17" West 618.79 feet; thence North 0° 14' 001" East 596.00 feet parallel with said center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence South 890 59' 17"° West 50.00 feet; thence North 00 14' 001" East parallel with said center line 595.94 feet to the south line of Fair Drive and the boundary of said Tract 2750; thence North 890 59' 17" East along said boundary 632.19 feet to an angle point therein; thence South 0° 00' 43" East along said boundary 1003.21 feet to the northerly terminus of the curve therein previously described herein as having a radius of 580.00 feet- thence southerly 192.21 feet along said curve through a central angle of 18 59' 17" to the true point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map C-5 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R3 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
