ROLL CALL SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF COSTA MESA November 7, 1984 At the call of the Mayor, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California, met in special session on November 7, 1984, at 6:15 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 77 Fair Drive, Costa Mesa, notice having been given as required by law. Council Members Present: Hall, Johnson, Hertzog, McFarland, Schafer Council Members Absent: None Officials Present: Redevelopment Agency Director, Agency Attorney, City Clerk PUBLIC HEARING The Clerk announced that this was the time and place set Costa Mesa for the public hearing to consider a project for the Family Village provision by Costa Mesa Family Village, a California limited partnership, of 72 units of rental housing for persons of low and moderate income, as contemplated by Article XXXIV of the California Constitution, at the following locations: 755-771 West 20th Street (36 units); 2015-2019 Pomona Avenue (18 units); 1924-1932 Wallace Avenue (18.units). The Affidavit of Publication is on file in the Clerk's office. The Redevelopment Agency Director stated that the reason for this public hearing is because the previous -public hearing was incorrectly posted and staff was not advised until after the public hearing that the posting had to occur on the physical premises of the property. She asked that the Council adopt the project pursuant to Article XXXIV. There being no speakers, the Mayor closed the public hearing. MOTION On motion by Councilwoman Schafer, seconded by Council - Resolution 84-129 woman Hertzog, Resolution 84-129, being A RESOLUTION OF Adopted THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PROTECT PURSUANT TO VOTER APPROVAL OF LOW OR MODERATE INCOME HOUSING, was adopted by the following roll call vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Hall, Johnson, Hertzog, McFarland, Schafer NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS: None ADJOURNMENT Mayor Hall declared the ing adjo ed t :20 M yor of the City of Costa mesa ATTEST: C ty Clerk of the City of Costa sa
