this is to certify that the Glued Laminated Mood
Beams fabricated by Summerbell Roof Structures for
the Industrial Building for Willis Boyd at 1759
Placentia, Costa -Mesa, were fabricated in the shops
of Summerbell Roof Structures located at 825 Fast
29th Street, Los Angeles, California.
W.C.L.A. Combination #14 Douglas Fir lumber and Casein
Type Glue were used in the fabrication of these beams,
and all work was done in conformity with the approved
plans and specifications furnished.
All of the gluing was done in full compliance with the
Uniform Building Code 1958 Edition, and in accordance
with Section 25.14-58 of Volume III of the Uniform
Building Code Standards.
