AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING SECTION 3416.1 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA TO DECREASE THE SPEED LIMIT ON BAKER STREET, FROM HARBOR BOULEVARD TO RED HIS�L AVENUE, TO 40 MILES PER HOUR. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 3416.1 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the deletion therefrom of the following sentence: "BAKER STREET from Harbor Boulevard to Newport Boulevard 45 MPH." and the addition thereto of the following sentence: "BAKER STREET from Harbor Boulevard to Red Hill Avenue 40 MPH." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become in full effect and force thirty (30) days from and after the passage thereof , and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from its passage shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a news- paper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
