Home My WebLink About68-02 Adding to Act for Time Filing Maps1 ORDINANCE NO, !r!--2' 2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA ADDING CERTAIN SECTIONS TO THE SUB - 3 DIVISION ACT RELATING TO THE TIME OF FILING OF MAPS, 4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA 5 HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: 6 Section 1, Section 9106 of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code 7 is hereby amended by adding thereto subsection 4 which shall $ read as follows: 9 114. TIME FOR FILING. 10 The City Council or the Planning Commission may refuse 11 to consider at any meeting any tentative or final sub - 12 division or parcel map which has not been filed with 13 the City Engineer by noon of the Thursday preceeding 14 said meeting." 15 Section 2. Section 9119 0£ the Costa Mesa Municipal Code 16 is hereby amended by adding thereto subsection (c) which shall 17 read as follows: 18 "(c) TIME FOR FILING, 19 The City Council or the Planning Commission may refuse 20 to consider at any meeting any tentative or final sub - 21 division or parcel map which has not been filed with 22 The City Engineer by noon of the Thursday preceeding 23, said meeting." 24 Section 3, Section 9130 of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code 25 is hereby renumbered as Section 9131. There shall be added 26 Section 9130 which shall read as follows: 27 "Section 9130.
