Home My WebLink About68-27 Zoning Lots 19-24ORDINANCE NO. 4 i%.2 % AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOTS 19 THROUGH 24 OF TENTATIVE TRACT N0. 6260 FROM Cl TO R3 -CP - The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All those portions of the following described real property are hereby placed and included in the R3 -CP Zone, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 22 of the Fairview Tract as shown on a map of said tract recorded in Book 25, page 76, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. said point also being on the West line of Harbor Boulevard (100 foot wide); thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Lot 22 to a point that lies on the Southerly pro- longation of the centerline of Mace Avenue as said centerline is shown on a map of Tract 6259, recorded in Book 288, page 19, of Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County, said point also being the true point of beginning; thence Northerly along said Southerly prolongation to a point that lies on the Southerly boundary of said Tract 6259; thence Easterly along said South boundary, 30 feet to a point which lies on the Easterly right of way line of Mace Avenue; thence Northerly along said Easterly right of way line 57.97 feet to a tangent curve, concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve, having a central angle of 90° 07' 54", a distance of 23.60 feet; thence tangent to said curve and easterly along the Southerly right of way line of Caraway Drive, 125 feet to a point located 417.63 feet Westerly of and perpendicular to the centerline of Harbor Boulevard; thence Southerly and parallel to the centerline of Harbor Boulevard, 508.32 feet to a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 22; thence Westerly along the said South line of Lot 22, 170 feet to the True Point of Beginning SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-8 of the City of Costa Mesa is here- by amended by the addition thereto of the R3 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the Orange Coast Daily Pilot, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
