Home My WebLink About68-30 Zoning Lot 3, Block E, Berry TractORDINANCE NO. 4Y -3d AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOTS 3 AND 4 OF BLOCK E, BERRY TRACT, FROM R2 AND M1 TO CI -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C1 -CP Zone, to wit: That portion of Lots 3 and 4 in Block E of the Berry Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 30, page 74 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Lot 4, distant southerly 412.5 feet thereon from the northeast corner of said lot; thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of said Lot 4 to the southwest corner of land described in the deed to Forrest Almquist and wife, recorded on August 6, 1958 in Book 4374, page 71 of Official Records of Orange County, Calif- ornia; thence northerly to the northwest corner of said land of Almauist, being a point on the northerly line of said Lot 4; thence easterly 148.16 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 4, being also the northwest corner of said Lot 3; thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot 3 to the northeast corner of the westerly one acre of that portion of said Lot 3 lying northerly of the south five acres of said Lot 3: thence southerly to the southeast corner of said westerly one acre; thence westerly to the southwest corner of said westerly one acre; thence along the westerly line of said Lot 3 to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map E-7 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the C1 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3• This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for /and against the same.
