This is to advise you that since the above permits have expired, fees would normally
be charged reinstate the job. The fee would be equal to the fees charged to pull new
permits. However, September 1, 2005, we began the Residential Remodeling •
Incentive Program and if you come in to the office to pull permits before December
31, 2005, the fees will be waived. After January 1, 2006 full fees will be charged.
Once permits are in place, you may call for an inspection.
If you have any questions, please contact the Building Division at 714-754-5273,
between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., and a staff member will assist you. We appreciate
your working with us to resolve this matter.

Ed Petros, I hope you can help me. Several years ago I had a night mare with
some horrid contractors that never finished a remodel I paid for. They had
me pay for it up front... did 1/4 of the work and then... disappeared. Over the
last few years I have tried to have the work finished and each time people
(Plumbers/electricians) question if things are to code? Well I am trying to
finish a few rooms and the plumber is adamant that things just don't look
right?
I am hoping I can get this resolved. I am sure this place was never signed off
like the original contractors said it was. The permits were B0100020
E0100016 P0100007 for Schenley Bay Costa Mesa CA 92626. This is a
upstairs condo in Pentridge Cove II. I appreciate any help and assistance you
can give me in this matter...
