Several years ago I had a night mare with some horrid contractors that never finished a remodel I paid for. They had me pay for it up front... did 1/4 of the work and then... disappeared. Over the last few years I have tried to have the work finished and each time people (Plumbers/electricians) question if things are to code? Well I am trying to finish a few rooms and the plumber is adamant that things just don't look right? I am hoping I can get this resolved. I am sure this place was never signed off like the original contractors said it was. The permits were B0100020 E0100016 P0100007 for Schenley Bay Costa Mesa CA 92626. This is a upstairs condo in Pentridge Cove II. I appreciate any help and assistance you can give me in this matter...
