All wood will be fir and painted with white semi-gloss water base to equate withj existing wood work of the Monticello condominium. Holes in lattice are 2 inches square. The lattice sections will be supported at their ends by 2 in x 4 in x 3 ft fir attached vertically to the stucco at both ends of the patio with 5 in lag screws. Metal brackets will hold the framed lattice in place. Above and below the lattice will be 2 in x 4 in x 15 ft 4 inl beam supports.
