mandates and the CC&R's. Approval of this request form does not imply the Seabluff Canyon Homeowners Association
acceptance based upon the above mentioned regulations.
Should additional changes or modifications be required after the approval of the initial request,a supplemental Request for
Architectural review for the additional scope must be submitted along with the above enumerated required information.
This Request must be reviewed by the Homeowners Association Board and a written response will be issued within thirty
business days.
