The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in C1 -CP, Local Business District, Conditional Permit, Zone: That portion of the land allotted to James McFadden by Final Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana rendered September 12, 1868 in the First District Court Court of Los Angeles, California, Case No. 1192, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of that certain parcel of land acquired by the State of California by deed recorded in Book 6248, page 583 of Official Records in the office of the County Recorder of said County, with a line that is parallel with and distant westerly 68.00 feet, measured at right angles from the center line of Harbor Boulevard, said center line being the easterly line of said certain parcel so acquired; thence along said parallel line South 0° 20' 52" West, 103.17 feet to a tangent curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 280.00 feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through an angle of 109° 08' 25", an are distance of 533.36 feet; thence North 70° 30' 43" West, 250.40 feet; thence North 47° 44' 05" West, 62.10 feet; thence North 650 20' 20" West, 150.16 feet; thence North 63° 21' 27" West, 414.87 feet to said northerly line; thence along said northerly line South 89° 34' 41" East, 1163.36 feet to the point of begin- ning, together with those certain access rights as said rights were acquired by said deed. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-9 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the C1 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
