Home My WebLink About69-09 Zoning Lot 14, Fairview FarmsORDINANCE NO. 69-9 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 14, FAIRVIEW FARMS TRACT FROM R2 TO C2 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C2 -CP Zone, to wit: That portion of the north half of Lot 14, Fairview Farms, as per map thereof recorded in Book 8, page 71, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the west line of the east two (2) acres of said north half of Lot 14, 124 feet north of the southwest corner of said two acre parcel; running thence west parallel to the north line of Lot 14 to the east line of an alley shown upon a map of Tract No. 589, as per map thereof recorded in Book 19, page 5, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence north along the east line of said alley to the north line of Lot 14; thence east along the north line of said Lot 14 to the northwest corner of the east two (2) acres of the north one half of said Lot 14; thence south along the west line of said two acres to the point of beginning; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the easterly 157.09 feet and also the westerly 93.00 feet; and that portion of the north half of said Lot 14 described as follows: Beginning at a point in the south line of said north half of Lot 14, 173 feet west of the southwest corner of the east two acres of said north half of Lot 14; thence north parallel to the east line of said lot 14, 124 feet; thence west parallel to the north line of said Lot 14 to the east line of a 16 -foot alley as shown on a map of said Tract 589; thence southerly along the east line of said alley to the south line of the north half of said Lot 14, thence east along the south line of said :north half of Lot 14 to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map C-3 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the C2 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3• This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and afters its passage, and prior to the ex- piration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1969• Mayor of the City of Costa Mesa ATTEST: City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa STATE OF CALIFORNIA COUNTY OF ORANGE SS.
