AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
CHANGING THE ZONING OF LOT 3, TRACT NO. 4338, FROM C-2 TO
M-1.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All that portmon of the following described real property is
hereby placed and included in the M-1 Zone, to wit:
Lot 3 of Tract No. 4338 as shown on a map of said tract recorded in
Miscellaneous Maps, Book 152, pages 30 and 31, records of Orange County.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-2 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby
amended by the addition thereto of the M-1 area described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days
from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa,
together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the
same.
