AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ON THE WEST SIDE OF HARBOR BOULEVARD, BETWEEN THE SAN DIEGO FREEWAY AND GISLER AVENUE, FROM M-1 TO C -1 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the Cl -CP Zone, to wit: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Harbor Boulevard, 100.00 feet wide- and the easterly prolongation of the northerly line of Gisler Avenue, 55.00 feet wide, said intersection being the southeast corner of the land described in the deed to the State of California, recorded September 14, 1962 in Book 6248, page 583 of Official Records; thence along the southerly and southwesterly lines of said land described in said deed as follows: North 880 54' 35" West, along said easterly prolongation and said northerly line to a line parallel with and westerly 60.00 feet, measured at right angles to said center line of Harbor Boulevard; North 00 21' 11" East, along said parallel line, 37.50 feet to a tangent curve, concave southwesterly, having a radius of 100.00 feet; northwesterly along said curve through an angle of 590 07' 48", an arc distance of 103.20 feet; Horth 580 46' 37" West, tangent to said curve, 334.08 feet to a tangent curve, concave northeasterly, having a radius of 400.00 feet; northwesterly along last said curve through an angle of 340 14' 35", an are distance of 239.06 feet, and North 24 32' 02" West, tangent to last said curve, 24.23 feet to a point, said point being the beginning of a curve concave northeasterly and having a radius of 360.00 feet, said curve being tangent to said last mentioned course; thence south- easterly along said curve through a central angle of 65° 07 06" an arc distance of 409.15 feet; thence tangent to said last mentioned curve South 89° 39' 08" East to said center line of Harbor Boulevard; thence along said center line South 00 21' 11" West to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-9 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the C1 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper 6f general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same. 7 p9 Mayor sof the City of Costa Mesa ATTEST: City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS.
