LK -yl AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST, FROM M1 TO M1 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real properyy is hereby placed and included in the M1 -CP Zone, to wit: A portion of land being in Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point being 40.00 feet south of a point known as the north one-fourth corner of Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 10 West; thence westerly along the south right of way line of Talbert Avenue, a distance of 278.98 feet more or less, to a point in the easterly line of a Southern California Edison Company easement; thence southwesterly along said easement line to the northeasterly right of way line of the San Diego Freeway; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly right of way line of the San Diego Freeway to a point in the center line of Hyland Avenue; thence northerly along said center line and its northerly prolongation to a point lyimg in the southerly tract boundary of Tract 1083 as recorded in Book 35, page 8, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; thence westerly along said tract boundary a distance of 985.35 feet more or less to a point in the west line of the east one-half of said Section 33; thence northerly along said west line a distance of 1796.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B-10 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the M1 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
