AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNM CITY OF COSTA MESA CRANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LOTS IN TRACT NO. 4338 FROM M1 TO R4 AND C2. The City Council of the City of Costa Meas does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R4 Zone, to wit: Lots 4 through 13 of Tract No. 4338, as shown on a map of said tract recorded in Miscellaneous Napa Book 152, pages 30 and 31, records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. All that portion of the '.following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C2 Zone, to wit: Lots 1, 2, 3. 14, 15, and 16 of Tract No. 4338 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 152, pages 30 and 31, records of Orange County, California. SECTION 3. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Cede of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map B_2 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R4 and C2 areas described in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
