HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-03 Zoning on Monrovia Ave.ORDINANCE NO. 64-3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF MONROVIA AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 135 FEET NORTHERLY OF WEST 18TH STREET, FROM Mi TO R3. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R3 Zone, to wit: All that certain land situated in the State of California, County of Orange, City of Costa Mesa, described as follows: PARCEL 1. The west 127 feet of the east 498 feet of the north 110 feet of Lot 1004, Newport Mesa Tract. PARCEL 2. The west 223 feet of the east 371 feet of the north 165 feet of said Lot 1004. PARCEL 3. The north 90 feet of the east 148 feet of said Lot 1004. PARCEL 4. The south 75 feet of the north 165 feet of the east 148 feet of said Lot 1004. All as shown on a map of said Newport Mesa Tract recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 5, page 1, records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map A-2 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R3 area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
