G- -2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF TRACT NO. 2996, A PORTION OF TRACT NO. 251 AND PORTIONS OF LOTS 53 AND 63 OF NEWPORT HEIGHTS TRACT FROM R2 TO R3 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R3 -CP Zone, to wit: Tract No. 2996, as shown on a map recorded in Book 166, pages 21 and 22, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, SO and 12 of Tract No. 251 as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 14, page 7, records of said County. The northeasterly one-half of Lot 53 and all of Lot 63, Newport Heights Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 4, page 83, records of Orange County, EXCEPT the northwesterly 90 feet of said Lot 53 and also EXCEPT the northwesterly 110 feet of the southwest one-half and the northwesterly 155 feet of the northeast one-half of said Lot 63. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map G-1 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R3 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DALLY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, tpgether with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
