AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING SECTION 3449 AND SECTION 3462 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 3449 of Article 40 Chapter III of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, entitled: Parking Prohibited at All Times in Certain Streets, is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the following: "On both sides of California Street from Gisler Avenue to a point 100 feet easterly of the center line of Michigan Avenue." SECTION 2. Section 3462 of Article 4, Chapter III of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, regulating decreases in State Speed Limit in certain sones, is hereby amended by the deletion of the following paragraphs: "ADAMS AVENUE, westbound between Harbor Boulevard and Mesa Verde Drive East 40 MPH. ADAMS AVENUE, east and westbon@_d from a point 400 feet westerly of the intersection of the center line of Mesa Verde Drive East to a point 1320 feet westerly thereof 50 MPH. ADAMS AVENUE, eastbound, from a point 400 feet westerly of the intersection of the center line of Mesa Verde Drive East to Harbor Boulevard 40 MPH." and the addition of the following paragraphs: "ADAMS AVENUE, eattbound from the westerly City limits to a point 400 feet westerly of the center line of Mesa Verde Drive East 50 M.P.H. ADAMS AVENUE, eastbound from a point 400 feet westerly of the center line of Mesa Verde Drive East to Harbor Boulevard 40 M.P.H. ADAMS AVENUE, westbound from Harbor Boulevard to a point 400 feet westerly of the center line of Mesa Verde Drive East 40 M.P.H. ADAMS AVENUE, westbound from a point 400 feet westerly of the center line of Mesa Verde Drive East to the westerly City limits 50 M.P.H. SECTION 3• This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAnY PILOT, a newspaper pf general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same. _. r PASSED AND ADOPTED this -?•,( day of , " Ra��t 1965.
