Home My WebLink About65-17 Zoning, Lot 11, Berry TractORDINANCE N0. 65-17 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 11 IN BLOCK B OF THE BERRY TRACT FROM Ml TO C1 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C1 -CP Zone, to wit: That portion of Lot 11 in Block B of the Berry Tract, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 9, page 6 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, lying westerly of the most westerly line, and its northerly projection of Tract No. 3721, as per map recorded in Book 143, pages 46 to 48, inclusive, of Records of Orange County, California, EXCEPTING from said portion of Lot ll, any part thereof lying within Baker Street as now established (80 feet wide) along the northerly side thereof, ALSO EXCEPTING that portion of said Lot 11 as conveyed to the Orange County Flood Control District by deed recorded January 20, 1960, in Book 5061 of Official Records, page 572, records of said Orange County, California. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map E-7 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby emended by the addition thereto of the C1 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3• This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
