HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-23 Ameding Designation of PlacentiaORDINANCE NO. 65-23 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING SECTION 346+ OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA WITH RESPECT TO THE DESIGNATION OF PLACENTIA AVENUE AS A THROUGH STREET. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That certain paragraph headed "PLACENTIA AVENUE" in Section 3464 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, entitled: "Through Streets Designated," is hereby amended to read as follows: -,PLACENTIA AVENUE, between the southerly City limits and a point 2,600 feet northerly of the north line of Wilson Street, EXCLUDING 19th Street and Victoria Street intersections, and EXCEPTING that north and southbound traffic shall stop at West 17th Street." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in Hill force thirty (30) days from andafter its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
