AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
CHANGING TRE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 11, BLOCK B, AND
LOT 7, BLOCK E, OF THE BERRY TRACT, FROM M1 TO C1 -CP.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is
hereby placed and included in the el -CP Zone, to wit:
That portion of Lot 11, Block B, and Lot 7, Block E of the Berry Tract
as shown on maps recorded in Book,l, page 85, Book 2, page 161, and
Miscellaneous Records Book 30, page 74, records of Los Angeles County;
bounded on the South by the north line of Lot 10, Tract No. 3721, as
shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 143, pages 46, 47 and
48, records of Orange County; on the East by the west line of Lot 11 of
said Tract No. 3721; on the West by the northerly prolongation of the
west line of said Lot 10; and on the North by the south line of Baker
Street as now established.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map E-7 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of the C1 -CP Zone described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3• This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from
the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with
the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
