The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the I & R Zone, to wit: All that real property in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, being that portion of Lot 1, Tract No. 421, as shown on a map recorded in Book 30, page 26 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of Tract No. 2671, per map thereof recorded in Book 86, pages 30 to 31 inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, with the center line of Killybrooke Lane as shown on said map of Tract No. 2671; thence North 00 35' 45" West along the northerly prolongation of said center line of Killybrooke Lane a distance of 553.71 feet as shown on Tract No. 4355, per map thereof recorded in Book 168, pages 31 to 33 inc;usive, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County; thence South 89 24' 15" West a distance of 849.70 feet along the tract boundary linen f said Tract No. 4355 to the center line of College Avenue; thence South 1 13' 00" East a distance of 648.93 feet along the center line of College Avenue as shown on map of Tract No. 4354, per map thereof recorded in Book 204, pages 32 and 331 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County thence North 880 47' 00" East a distance of 140.00 feet; thence South ld 13' 00" East a distance of 28.60 feet• thence South 580 31' 20" East a distance of 580.63 feet; thence North 31d 28' 40" East a distance of 310.92 feet to a tangent curve, concave westerly and having a radius of 100.00 feet; thence northerly along said curve through a central angle of 320 04' 2511, a distance of 55.98 feet; thence tangent to said curve North 350 45' 00" West a distance of 114.01 feet; thence North 890 214' 15" East a distance of 30.00 feet to the true point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Maps C-7 and C-8 of the City of Costa Mesa are hereby amended by the addition thereto of the I & R area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3• This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
