Dear Mr. Stansell :
The City of Costa Mesa Planning Department has accepted a cashiers check in
the amount of eighteen hundred dollars ($1800.00) from you. This is to insure
completion of certain conditions of your building permit no. 34925 and Zone
Exception Permit No. ZE-72-25, at 1780 Santa Ana Avenue, Costa Mesa , California.
This will allow this Department to release the special requirements on your
structure for utilities and occupancy purposes. The conditions to be completed
are as follows :
4. Tree planting in the City parkway under the direction of the Parks
Department.
6. That all planters be separated from the driveways and parking spaces
by a 6 inch high concrete curb.
7. That all planted yard areas he furnished with irrigation facilities
under the direction of the Planning Department.
9. That a 5 ft. high block wall be installed on the easterly and northerly
property lines.
10. That all planters and landscaped areas on Santa Ana Avenue be densely
planted under the direction of the Planning Department.
Also, the trash enclosures must be completed, as shown on your plans, to the
satisfaction of the Planning Department.
The money will be returned to you upon completion of the above conditions, to
the satisfaction of the Planning Department. The return of your money will
involve having these conditions exonerated by the City Council and the money
being released by the Cities Finance Department. This procedure may take
several weeks after the conditions are complete.
