DAVIS SCHOOL SITES, THE PROPOSED COSTA MESA PARK SITE AND A PORTION OF THE =F=M CALIFORNIA COLLEGE SITE, FROM C2, R2 AND R1 TO I & R. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the I & R Zone, to wtt: That portion of Lot A, Benning Tract, in Sections 10 and ll Township 6 South, Range 10 West, S.B.H. & M., lying south of Fair Drive, as now established, between Fairview Road, as now established, and. Newport Avenue, as now established, EXCEPTING that portion lying west of a line lying 832.27 feet east of and parallel with said Fairview Road, ALSO EXCEPTING that portion lying north of a line lying 576.27 feet south of and parallel with said Fair Drive, ALSO EXCEPTING that portion lying south of a line lying 1719.60 feet south of and parallel with said Fair Drive. That portion of Lot A, Banning Tract, lying north of Fair Drive between Fairview Road and Newport Avenue. The southerly 380 feet of the westerly 1500 feet of Lot 8, Berry Rancho as shown on a map recorded in Book 1, page 86, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California. The westerly 1500 feet of Lot ll of said Berry Rancho. The southerly 929.28 feet of said Lot 11 of said Berry Rancho. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Maps C-63 D-5 and D-6 are hereby amended by the additionthereto of the I & R areas described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shell take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
