The City Council o f the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following real property is hereby placed and included in the R1 Zone, to wit: Lots 1 through 60 of Tentative Tract No. 4395, as shown on a map thereof on file in the office of the City Clerk -,.of the City of Costa Mesa, said area being particularly described as: That portion of Lots 4 and 5, Block A, of the Berry Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 1, page 85, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the centerline of Fairview Road, as now established, said point being 443 feet north of the centerline of Baker Street, as now established; thence North along the center- line of Fairview Road 394 feet more or less; thence easterly along the north line of said Lots 4 and 5, 1051 feet, more or less; thence South 833 feet to the centerline of said Baker Street; thence along said centerline of Baker Street, westerly, 260 feet more or less; thence North 252 feet, more or less; thence West 260 feet; thence North 190 feet, more or less; thence West 529 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map D-7 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R1 area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for -.and against the same.
