MESA TO A11THCRIZE THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING TO. SET. PUBLIC HEARINGS ON. USE PERMITS. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 92100.2 (1) of Division XIX, Article 2, Chapter IX of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mega is hereby amended to read as follows: "2. Upon receipt of said application by the Planning Department, the Director of Planning may, if he deems it necessary, set a Public Hearing not less than fifteen (15) days nor more than forty (40) days thereafter and shall follow the procedure described for variances." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective and in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
