HomeMy WebLinkAbout426 - Amend Permits to Accessory BuildingsORDINANCE NO. 426 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AMENDING SECTION 9260.4 (4) OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF COSTA. MESA TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF ACCESSORY BUILDINGS TO SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINES. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 9260.4 (4) of Division VI, Article 2, Chapter IX of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended to read as follows: "4. Accessory buildings may be constructed to zero (0) feet from side or rear property lines." SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
