All that portion of the following desoribed property is hereby placed and included in the R1 Zone, to wit: Lots 1 through 179, inclusive, of Tract No. 3529, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 125, pages 34 to 42, records of Orange County. Lots 1 through 10, inclusive, of Tract No. 3487, as shown on a sap thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 122, pages 6 to 16, records of Orange County. Lots i through 78, inclusive, of Tract No. 3380, an sheen on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Naps Bode 133. pages 34 to 39. recoils of Orange County. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in fall force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the espdration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published onus in the Crapge Coast Daily Pilot, a ness- paper of general circulation, pr$ rated and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together mith the ears of the members of the City Council voting for and against the sans.
