All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C1 Zone, to sit: The northerly 27.5 feet of Lot 36, Block E: the northerly 27.5 feet of Lots % and 36 of Block 7; the northerly 27.5 feet of the southerly 317.5 feet of Block O; all of Tract No. 612, as sown on a sap thereof recorded in Ascellaneess Maps, Book 20, page 1, records of Orange County.
