Home My WebLink About62-23 Zoning change in tract 1113 from R2 to C2ORDINANCE No. 62-23 AN ORDINANCE OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN LOTS IN TRACT NO. 1113 FROM R2 TO C2. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C2 Zone, to wit: Lots 11, 12, 15 through 18, inclusive, 24 through 30, inclusive and 33 through 37, inclusive, of Tract No. 1113, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 36, page 2, Records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map G-2 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby emended by the addition thereto of the C2 area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
