At that time I was in escrow but not yet the owner of this property. Due to some complications escrow did not close until February 1 , 1994. Since that time I have spoken to architects and engineers about making some design changes and bringing the drawings up to current code. I recently submitted an informal request to the planning department for one of the changes, however, it was their recommendation not to make this change. I have checked with planning, and all of my other changes are in compliance with their codes. I am still waiting for a few bids from some engineers which should be in this week. I anticipate that all changes and updates to the plans for this project will be complete and submitted to your office within the next thirty days which is the length of extension that I am requesting.
