HomeMy WebLinkAbout62-34 Change the zoning for a portion of Lot 101 Newport HeightsORDINANCE NO. d.R 3y AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 101, NEWPORT HEIGHTS TRACT, FROM R2 TO C2. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C2 Zone, to wit: The southeasterly 289.3 feet of the northeasterly 135.08 feet, and the northwesterly 154.7 feet of the southeasterly 444 feet of the northeasterly 69.08 feet of Lot 101, Newport Heights Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 4, page 83, records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa. District Map G-2 0£ the City of Costa Me as is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the C2 area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the name of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
