Home My WebLink About62-47 Zoning of a portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block F, Berry TractORDINANCE N0. 62-47 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BLACK F, BERRY TRACT, FROM R2 TO ML. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the Ml, Manufacturing District, Zone, to wit: That portion of Lots 2 and 3, Block F. Berry Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 30, page 74, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, California, 120 feet southeasterly of the centerline of Bristol Street, lying north of Tract No. 3952 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 137, pages 1 and 2, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map E-7 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the Ml area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3• This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
