The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the C2 Zone, to wit: The westerly 100 feet of the northerly 65 feet of Lot 19, Tract No. 57. as shown on a nap thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Mapa Book 10, page 3. Records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. All that portion of the following described real prpperty is hereby placed and included in the AP Zone, to wit: Lot 55 of Tract No. 57, as shorn on a sap thereof recorded in Mtsc- ellansous Maps Book 10, page 3, Records of Orange County, California. SECTION 3. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map G-4 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amaded by the addition thereto of the C2 and AP areae described in Sections 1 and 2 hereof. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE GUST DAILY PILCT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed aud published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the mune of the members of the City Council voting for and against the as=.
