Home My WebLink About70-40 - Rezoning Lot 2, Tract 156, from R2 and C1 to R4-CPORDINANCE N0. %O- O AN ORDINANCE OF TRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF THE EAST ONE HALF OF LOT 2 OF TRACT 156 FROM R2 AND Cl TO R4 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R4 -CP Zone, to wit: The east one half of Lot 2 of Tract 156, as per map thereof in Book 11, Page 47 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map C-4 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R4 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
