The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real .property is hereby placed and included in the Ml Zone, to wit: Parcel 1 and the Westerly 75.00 feet, as measured at right angles, of parcel 2, in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in Book 28, Page 34, of Par- cel Maps, Records of said Orange County, BEGINNING at the centerline intersection of 16th Street, 60 feet wide, and Monrovia Avenue, 60 feet wide, as shown on said Parcel Map; thence departing said centerline intersection, North 00° 36' 58" West, along said centerline of Monrovia Avenue, a distance of 330.02 feet to a point, said point being in the boundary line of the City of Newport Beach and the City of Costa Mesa; thence South 89° 23' 55" West, 202.00 feet to a point in the northerly boundary of said Parcel 2, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence South 00° 36' 58" East, 300.02 feet to a point in the southerly boundary of said Parcel 2; thence South 89° 23' 57" West, along said boundary line, 332.06 feet to a point in the westerly line of said Parcel 2; thence North 000 36' 58" West, along said westerly line a distance of 300.02 feet to a point in the northerly boundary of said Parcel 2; thence North 89° 23' 55" East, 332.06 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Munici- pal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map A-1 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
