Home My WebLink About72-04 - Rezoning Lot 211, Newport Heights Tract, from C2 to R4-CPfollows: ORDINANCE NO. 72-4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PORTION OF LOT 211, NEWPORT HEIGHTS TRACT, FROM C2 TO R4 -CP. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby ordain as SECTION 1. All that portion of the following described real property is hereby placed and included in the R4 -CP Zone, to wit: Beginning at a point on the East line of 20th Street 150.00 feet Southeasterly from the Southeasterly line of Newport Avenue, nnning thence Northeasterly parallel to Newport Avenue 300.15 feet to the Northeasterly line of Lot 211 of Newport Heights as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4, page 83 of Miscellaneous Maps records of Orange County, California; thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 211 a distance of 100.00 feet; thence Southwesterly parallel to the centerline of Newport Avenue 300.15 feet to the Southwesterly line of Lot 211; thence Northwesterly along said lot line a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9230.4 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, District Map G-3 of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby amended by the addition thereto of the R4 -CP area described in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Costa Mesa, together with the names of the members of the City Council voting for and against the same.
